AUDIT/REPORT & PROPOSAL
Audit/Report & Proposal
We always audit clients before we offer any proposals as part of our due diligence process.
During this discovery process, we shall decide whether you require a Basic Audit (e.g. up to 10 users all in one office with a simple set-up), a Typical Audit or a Complex Audit (e.g. 90 users spread over three offices with lots of different unlinked data sets).
After the audit/report has been completed, recommendations would be delivered either in person or online meeting allowing both sides to discuss the outcomes and plan a way forward.

Essentials plan: this gives you the absolute minimum level of support we believe any company needs to be productive and safe. There are some specific additional charges (see PART 5)
Standard plan: this is our most popular plan, and we believe gives you the sweet spot in terms of the level of cover and response from us as well as a discounted project/ad hoc work hourly rate. There are some specific additional charges (see PART 5).
Premium plan: this is exactly what it says. Premium. There are NO extra costs as found in PART 5 other than new hardware or subscription costs (e.g., Microsoft 365 licenses). Onsite? Included. New user setup? Included.

Dark Web Monitoring
Online identities are for sale all over the dark web. Our service trawls the murky depths of this world and reports back breached accounts, often with unencrypted passwords. Better to know what’s going on than ignore it.
Vulnerability Scans
Our security scanners map out all the devices on your network such as computers, routers, and scanners and check each one’s security level. Better to know what is not secure and fix it than find out after the fact.
Risk Intelligence
This data protection app looks for sensitive and “personal” information across a network and sends alerts when incorrectly stored data is identified. Vital for GDPR.
Security Awareness Training with simulated phishing attacks
Humans are probably the weakest link in IT security; without training, many users may be simply unaware of underhand techniques or red flags. Our simulated (safe) phishing attacks, with a follow-up training course, walk users through many real-world scenarios, what to look out for and how to keep safe.
